Order Processing Time

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method. We occasionally run free or discounted shipping promotions  subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss out.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (particularly in Canada and EU countries) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or local import fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s customs agency.


Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking activity to appear, especially for international shipments.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries

  • Packages returned due to non-collection

Returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
