Order Issues & Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@gizmoprohaven.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • Or a partial/full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue

We aim to resolve such cases promptly and professionally.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are shipped directly from fulfillment partners around the world, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color or variation choice

  • Personal preferences or sizing issues (where applicable)

All returns must be:

  • Pre-approved by our support team

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Sent with a valid tracking number

Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened electronics or hygiene-related accessories (e.g., earbuds)

  • Customized or limited-edition items

  • Any product returned without prior approval


Shipping & Processing Fees

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or our fulfillment error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once a return is approved or an issue is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.


International Orders

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not eligible for refund by GizmoPro Haven

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-pickup, or customer refusal may not qualify for a refund
