Or a partial/full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are shipped directly from fulfillment partners around the world, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect color or variation choice
Personal preferences or sizing issues (where applicable)
All returns must be:
Pre-approved by our support team
Unused and in original packaging
Sent with a valid tracking number
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items

Any product returned without prior approval
Shipping & Processing Fees
